Reflections Art Program
Reflections is a National PTA arts-in-education program started in 1969 and is the largest of its kind in the United States. Students have the opportunity to express themselves through original works created around a theme. Reflections is not “just an art contest”—it encourages kids to take risks, be inspired, think creatively, and be celebrated for their work. Studies show a positive relationship between the arts and well-being.
2026-2027 Theme: What My Culture Means to Me
Students in pre-K through grade 12 create original works of art in response to this theme.

Submission Deadline: Monday, November 9, 2026, 10 PM PST
To enter, complete the following steps:
- Read through the Entry Packet for details
- Submit a completed Student Entry Form with pre-filled PTA information to reflections@normanrockwellpta.org
- Submit artwork electronically to reflections@normanrockwellpta.org. Please keep your original artwork safe as it will be displayed in person at a later date.
